Fellowship One is a company that specializes in database development for churches.

A little history...
In the past Faith E has had four different databases operating at the same time, largely independent of one another. Keeping information correct between databases was a difficult, time-consuming process. Now with the help of Fellowship One we are all on the same page. Fellowship One also enables us to do a few new things too.

1) Check-in system for children at Faith E.
-We will introduce this in the first quarter (Jan-Mar) of 2012.
-The nursery, Awana, Rock and Impact (all children and student ministries) will be using check-in systems.
-These systems allow us to print name tags for children and matching parental receipts.
-They will help us track your children's allergies and any medications the volunteers need to be aware of.
-They will allow us to track attendance, this enables us to follow-up with absent children and families.
-They will allow us to track volunteers, this will be another way to make sure activities are properly staffed.

2) Improved communication at Faith E.
-Features will be introduced throughout 2012.
-F1 streamlines the process of getting newcomer's (and current attendees) plugged-in and involved at Faith E.
-F1 will make it easier than ever to sign-up to volunteer or join a small group at Faith E.
-F1 will allow people to join affinity groups (groups of people with shared interests)
-F1 will allow people to join small group bible studies.
-F1 will allow small groups to communicate with one another and track attendance.
-F1 will allow a documented coaching process for new small group (and other ministry) leaders.
-F1 will allow you to volunteer on-line for any ministry you wish to.
-F1 will allow volunteers to see when they are scheduled to volunteer in a ministry at Faith E.
-F1 will allow you to update contact information on-line as often as you need.
-F1 will have the option for you to participate in an on-line church directory. (you have to opt-in)

3) On-line giving portal (FAQ about on-line giving)
-This will begin in January of 2012.  Read our security and policy statements concerning this system.
-F1 enables on-line registration and payment for special events, retreats and seminars.
-F1 enables contributions on-line for regular giving (tithes) and giving to specific ministry needs.
-F1 enables the user to create an account on-line and print off their giving records whenever they need them.*
(this comes in handy for small business owners who file taxes quarterly, or if you want your end of year summary before we get a chance to snail-mail them to you...)
