We are asking everyone to pray, listen, and respond to what God is asking them to do. For some, that step will be large. For others, it may feel small.
What matters is that we take it together. When each of us does our part, God can use it to reach more people than we could on our own.

“Dear Faith E Family,
What an exciting time in the life of our church.
For almost sixty years, Faith E has been shaped by people who were willing to make room for one more. They gathered in homes, purchased land, built ministries, planted churches, and prepared the way for people they had not yet met.
Now it is our turn.
Through REACH, we are taking a bold step of faith to build for the next generation, strengthen the ministry of Faith E, and create room for more people to know and follow Jesus.
I am asking you to pray, seek God, and ask Him what part He is inviting you to play. This is not simply about expanding a building. It is about becoming more surrendered, more generous, and more committed to the mission God has given us.
God has been faithful through every chapter of our story. Together, we move forward believing the best is yet to come.

Secondary Goal: $13.5 Million
God continues to bring more children, students, and families to Faith E Church. To make room for them and expand our reach, we plan to build new spaces and renovate existing areas for our Next Gen ministries. This investment goes far beyond bricks and mortar. It will create safe, welcoming, and engaging environments where children and students can encounter Jesus, build lasting relationships, and develop a faith of their own.

How this commitment works…
At Faith E Church, we believe all giving supports ONE MISSION: to be fully surrendered disciples that love God, love others, and share Jesus. For this next season of ministry expansion, all gifts to the REACH Campaign and our regular tithe & offerings will go into a single fund, allowing us to celebrate the full impact of our generosity together as followers of Jesus.
The REACH Campaign will span two years. During this time, every gift will support the key priorities of this initiative: our normal operating expenses at Faith E as well as our REACH campaign budget.
We’re inviting you to be a part of REACH. This is a defining moment where generosity meets discipleship. By taking your greatest step of spiritual discipline, you help us take our greatest step of faith together as one church family.

Nope! The Faith E budget and REACH are one and the same. During this two-year period, every contribution to God through Faith E Church is a contribution to our REACH initiative. Every aspect of the ministry vision God is calling us towards for the next two years will be funded through REACH. There will not be separate funds. Every gift given to Faith E Church will go to the key components of this initiative; funding our annual budget, continuing to invest in our ongoing ministries, increasing our investment in our local and global mission, and further expanding our outreach and impact through facility expansion.

We are asking that everyone make a two-year commitment. The fulfillment period for your commitment will begin December 2026 and will culminate December of 2028.

First and foremost, we ask that you pray and seek God’s leading on what He is asking of you. Prepare your heart to hear Him and be ready to respond. If you’re not already part of a Small Group, this is a great season to join one. Take time for personal reflection with God using the REACH Campaign Scripture Journal. Talk with your group, spouse, family, or friends about what this commitment could mean in this exciting season of your life.
We are asking you to step into gospel-driven, surrendered generosity. Whatever God leads you to do, follow His leading.
Finally, prepare to be amazed. We serve an incredible God, and we believe He will move in powerful ways as we come together through our REACH commitments. Please mark your calendar for our Commitment Night on November 1st, and get ready for a life-changing worship service that will be remembered as a defining moment for both Faith E Church and your own faith journey.

REACH was crafted specifically with you in mind. REACH is a “one fund” generosity initiative, which is different from a traditional capital campaign in which you give an extra gift above and beyond your regular giving - thus creating two steps for people who aren’t yet giving. Remember, the primary goal of REACH is that EVERYONE participates. We know God will do great things through this expansion, but we're most excited about what He will do in YOU!

People take spiritual steps at different times. Some begin praying before ever attending church. Others join a Small Group before they start attending! Giving is a spiritual step, and it happens at different times for different people. Jesus says, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matthew 6:19). The truth is that none of us know exactly what our future will hold. That’s the beauty and challenge of taking steps of faith! We want to encourage you that even if you’re not sure if you’ll be a part of Faith E Church for the entire span of the next two years, we invite you to still commit to generosity and be a part of this life-changing endeavor God has for our church. The REACH Campaign is about your total, prioritized, gospel-driven generosity to God’s mission at Faith E Church. We believe God calls us to action in times of hardship as much as He does in times of abundance, and that looks different for every person. The REACH Campaign is about heart surrender and trusting the leading of the Holy Spirit, under any circumstance. Our challenge to everyone at Faith E is to follow God’s lead, trust His provision, and participate at whatever level you feel called. For some, that may mean stepping out in faith and watching God do what seems impossible. Give how you feel led with a cheerful heart, not under compulsion, as God’s Word commands. Our prayer is 100% of us will take part in the REACH Campaign so that together we can support, encourage, and pray for one another through this spiritually stretching season at Faith E Church.

Faith E made a significant investment into its worship center over the past 12 months.
Looking at additional levers like a 3rd service or possible church plant, leadership felt we could pull those levers to serve growing capacity.
While regular attendance is growing at a very healthy rate, Faith E is facing larger growth metrics in children’s and youth ministries.
This placed an emphasis on more classroom space and we felt we could better balance the project by remodeling/repurposing the current footprint and expanding to the east lawn.
