Host Team
USHER
Ushers serve as an additional "welcomer" to people entering the worship center. They typically stand at the entry doors and greet people while they hand out the sermon bulletins and any sermon elements needed for a given Sunday. As the worship center fills up, the ushers walk the aisles looking for available seats and help folks find a place to sit.

GREETER
Greeters are not just the first and last point of contact for guests at the church entrance/exit doors. They are also a significant part of their overall experience. Their warm welcome as guests arrive and fond farewell as they leave provide a lasting impression.

LOBBY HOST
Lobby Hosts use the gift of hospitality to greet, host, and engage guests in the Lobby and Auditorium. Lobby hosts are a lot like door greeters, but rather than standing at the doors, they roam throughout the lobby, halls, and auditorium, encouraging and engaging with guests.

NEXT STEP TEAM
The Next Step team helps people identify their next steps by connecting them to resources and information about weekend services, ministries, Small Groups, Growth Track, and events.

HOSPITALITY/EVENTS
The Hospitality/Events team is comprised of individuals who might not commit to serving every Sunday but would love to serve at events such as concerts, weddings, funerals, and other special events. Team members help create an excellent, memorable experience by serving others, providing and serving food, and ensuring the lobby decor and overall look of Faith E's spaces is clean, organized, and pleasing to the Lord.

VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN
The Volunteer Check-In team creates a welcoming environment for all volunteers by providing an excellent check-in experience at all services and events.

COFFEE SERVER
Coffee Servers make sure fresh coffee is constantly brewed for all services. Their service typically involves arriving before a specific Sunday service to prep the coffee and have it ready to serve before the service starts. They also help restock the coffee stations with supplies.

PARKING ATTENDANT
Parking Attendants are the first impression people have when visiting us each week. They warmly greet and guide them to open spaces in our parking lot. If you like the color fluorescent yellow and the power of holding a traffic directional sign, this is your serving area! Vests, cones, and necessary safety equipment are provided.

SECURITY TEAM
The Church Security Team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of everyone on church property, including members, guests, staff, and volunteers. Team members patrol the church facilities and grounds, monitor entrances and exits, and control access to restricted areas. They respond quickly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches and assist with crowd management during services and events. All incidents are documented and reported to the appropriate authorities. Team members also participate in ongoing training to remain current on security protocols and best practices. A thorough background check and interview are required prior to serving.

MEDICAL RESPONSE TEAM
Medical Response Team members use their gifts and professional training to meet basic first-aid needs at Sunday services and special events.

GROWTH TRACK HOST
The Growth Track Host Team helps with Weeks 1-3 of Growth Track. The host team helps setup the room, greet guests when they arrive, check them in, serve food, and anything else that helps guests have an enjoyable experience weekly.

GROWTH TRACK CONNECTER
Growth Track Connecters help every Growth Track participant complete Growth Track and connect to a serve team. Connecters attend Weeks 2 and 3 and help each participant get connected to a serve team that best fits their personality and spiritual gifts.

PRAYER TEAM
The Prayer Team provides prayer covering for services, volunteer teams, ministries, and special events. Team members also offer care and encouragement by praying with individuals after church services, listening with compassion, and lifting their needs to God.

CLEAN TEAM
Clean Team members use their gifts of helping, hospitality, and/or service to keep the church clean in a variety of aspects and areas during Sunday morning services and during special events.

SET UP / TAKE DOWN TEAM
Our team facilitates the Faith E experience by setting up floor plans for special events or projects. Upon completion, our team returns the space to its original condition.
