Small Groups Team
SMALL GROUP LEADER
Facilitate a weekly or biweekly group focused on one of the following: Bible study, a shared interest, prayer, or support. Leaders are responsible for recruiting group members, securing a location, and preparing hospitality and content for each session. Additionally, leaders are expected to connect with individual group members outside of meetings through text, email, phone calls, or in-person meetups.

SMALL GROUP CO-LEADER
Assists the Group Leader in facilitating weekly or biweekly groups. CoLeaders help with recruiting, arranging a location, and ensuring hospitality and content are ready for each meeting. They also support the Group Leader by connecting with members outside of meetings via text, email, phone calls, or in-person meetups.

SMALL GROUP COACH
Provides support to Small Group Leaders as they facilitate their groups. The Coach regularly checks in with assigned Group Leaders to ensure they have the resources they need. Coaches also participate in biannual Small Group Leader Gatherings and training sessions. The Coach reports to the Discipleship Pastor.

SMALL GROUP COORDINATOR
Coordinates the logistics and promotion of Small Groups within one of three categories: Community Groups, Study Groups, or Cares Groups. Coordinators partner with Coaches and Leaders to maintain alignment between groups and the larger discipleship strategy by making sure they are resourced, scheduled, and visible to new participants. Coordinators collaborate with Coaches to support Group Leaders.
