Youth Team
DOOR GREETER
Door greeters serve at the beginning and end of the night to welcome students into the church on their way in and wish them a goodnight on their way out.

CHECK-IN
Volunteers help check in students who are new and regular attenders. They facilitate a safe and welcoming experience for students.

SMALL GROUP LEADER
Small group leaders love Jesus and want to do life with students. Group leaders are encouraged to host students in their homes or meet off-site on a different night in a coffee shop or other neutral meeting space. Groups are meant to be an additional touch point with students throughout the week.

SECURITY
The security team operates throughout the entire evening. Some volunteers stay inside the church, and others go outside. The purpose of this team is to provide a safe space for students to gather as well as prevent any kind of outside distractions that may impede the goals for the evening.

FLOATERS
Floaters are highly relational people who love connecting with new and regular students. They are game for anything and willing to be a helpful presence in whatever capacity is needed.

KITCHEN
Kitchen volunteers help provide and serve delicious food to our students.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT TECH
Tech volunteers are excited to be a behind-the-scenes presence during the student service. They help with sound, lighting, or slides/lyrics. Tech volunteers require training and coaching, provided by seasoned volunteers and staff.
